Gyratory Breaker Lower Cone

Back to list
Description

The lower moving cone of gyratory breaker is an important part of the cone crusher, which is usually made of high manganese steel or other wear-resistant materials, featuring wear-resistant and impact-resistant. The main function of the lower moving cone is to crush the ore, which is broken into small pieces by rotating and squeezing for subsequent processing and treatment. In addition, the lower moving cone can also control the size of crushing granularity by adjusting its position and angle to meet different production requirements.

The features of our gyratory breaker lower dynamic cone include:

Wear resistance: the surface of the lower dynamic cone is usually coated with wear-resistant materials, such as high manganese steel and tungsten-chromium alloy, to improve its wear resistance. These materials have high hardness and abrasion resistance, which can effectively resist the abrasion and impact of the ore and prolong the service life of the lower moving cone.

Impact resistance: the lower cone will be subject to great impact and pressure when crushing ores, so it needs to have good impact resistance. The design of the lower cone usually adopts thick structure and reinforcement to improve its strength and impact resistance.

Adjustability: The position and angle of the lower cone can be adjusted to control the size of the crushing grain. By adjusting the position and angle of the lower cone, the ore can be subjected to different squeezing and crushing forces in the crushing chamber, thus realizing the control of crushing size.

High efficiency: The rotating speed and crushing force of the lower dynamic cone can be adjusted according to the nature of the ore and crushing requirements to improve the crushing efficiency. The design of lower dynamic cone usually adopts high efficient crushing chamber and crushing method to improve crushing efficiency and output.
